Contest Terms and conditions

• HAVE FUN!!!
• The biggest loser 2010 will be determined by the overall biggest loser between the rex / lovejoy, college park & Lithonia casi’s straight military style boot camps. THE Overall winner will be announced after the final boot camp in 2010 [Approximately October 2010]
• Cruise prize has no cash value and is non-transferrable.  The biggest loser must sail in order to receive the prize.  If the biggest loser does not sail, the prize is forfeited.
• Transportation between the winner’s place of residence to and from the cruise ship will be the winner’s sole responsibility.
• The biggest loser [and all CRUISE PASSENGERS] MUST HAVE VALID U.S. PASSPORT OR THE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE http://travel.state.gov.  proper travel documentation is the responsibility of the passenger.
• Employees, vendors, contractors and affiliates of k. Nicole travel; casi’s straight military style boot camp and/or members of their immediate family are not eligible to win.
• K. Nicole travel reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest in the event that the contest is not capable of running as planned.

  Carnival reserves the right to re-instate the fuel supplement for all guests at up to $9 per person per day if the NYMEX oil price exceeds $70 per barrel.
